Can intolerance testing be helpful with emotional problems such as depression?

Absolutely yes, the gut acts as a second brain and eating incorrect food can affect the transmission of signals between the brain and gut leading to mood swings. Identifying foods to avoid and taking appropriate desensitising remedies can help your emotional health.

Can I bring in samples of my own food and cosmetics?

Yes,  I recommend bringing in samples of anything you frequently eat and use. As you can imagine test kits can't contain all possible substances so bringing in your own items ensure a more complete and tailored service.

Will the test be painful?

Not at all, kinesiology (also known as muscle testing) is used which is pain-free and suitable for all ages.
You can also test young children and babies by using an adult as a surrogate.

How does kinesiology work?

Kinesiology, or muscle testing, is at the cutting edge of science.
It works by tapping into your body's innate intelligence which can be viewed as your self-conscious.
